Janet Sinhbandith, MA., BCBA, CEO
Janet is the Founder of Positive Support Services. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has provided behavior analytic services for over 14 years. She has served children as young as 4 months and adolescents up to age 18 years of age with a range of developmental disabilities including: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD), Down Syndrome, Prader Willi Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Other developmental conditions.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Janet has experience designing individualized treatment plans, conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA), and developing behavior intervention plans (BIP). Additionally, she is an Infant Development Specialist with over 13 years of experience. She has served over 100 infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities, providing them with direct early intervention services as well as resources and education to parents/caregivers.
Janet is passionate about helping children improve their quality of life so that they can participate in the day-to-day activities that are typically taken for granted. Such activities include going to the park, socializing with friends, attending a sports event, going to the movie theater, going to the grocery store, playing at the beach, and many other basic activities. She has an affinity for children and is constantly fascinated by their thinking, actions, and intellectual development.

Janet started on her educational journey at California State University Sacramento where she received a Bachelor Degree in Child Development. Afterwards, she attended Santa Clara University where she received a Master's Degree in Special Education. Finally, she enrolled at Florida Institute of Technology where she completed the coursework to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
